A woman who already spent over $135k on transforming her looks through plastic surgery revealed she now wants to have her ribs removed.

31-year-old Tara Jayne McConachy from Melbourne, Australia, is a nurse with a passion for plastic surgery and extreme body transformations.

As the woman, who wants to look like a real-life plastic doll, revealed, she already underwent a nose job and five breast augmentations. She also got a series of fillers, butt implants, and veneers.

While not everyone appreciates her new looks, Tara insists she “loves her plastic doll vibe” and has no plans of slowing down.

“My lips are definitely my statement. I always make sure they’re nice and plump and get regular injections,” she said as she revealed she is planning to get cheek implants and have her ribs removed.

“I’m exploring changing my eye color to an even more vibrant green, plus fixing my eyelids with a canthoplasty, blepharoplasty and a brow lift.

“While I’m at it I’ll probably be getting cheek implants, a mini facelift and I’m even looking into the possibility of having ribs removed for a more tapered waist. Just the thought of this gets me all excited.”

According to the young woman, she knows no limit when it comes to the modification of her body which is why she is also considering having her breast size increased to 1500cc even though she already had 1050cc of silicone embedded in her breasts.

Since plastic surgery comes at a great financial expense, the 31-year-old has set up an OnlyFans account where she allegedly earned $10k in just three days.

“I love being able to get a little more personal with my fans and give them a behind-the-scenes tour of my life. And in future, I’m really looking forward to expanding and putting extra time into this venture,” Tara added.
