A woman was left heartbroken after finding out the man she loved and trusted cheated on her.
After crying hard for three days, the woman, surnamed Zhao, punished her ex by sending him a ton of onions.
Ms. Zhao ordered a ton of red onions to be delivered to the cheating guy’s home with a short note that read: “I’ve cried for three days, now it’s your turn!”
The delivery man reportedly spent more than four hours to carry all the onions from the lorry to the recipient’s door.
In an interview with Shandong Net, Ms. Zhao said that she had been in a relationship with her ex for almost a year.
“I heard from my friends that he was not upset at all after breaking up (with me),” she told reporters. “I spent three days at home crying. I was so heartbroken.”
“It caused me a lot of pain, but he refused to cry!” she expressed.
That’s why she sent a truckload of onions that would definitely ‘squeeze out his tears.’
“So, I ordered a tonne of onions to his home. I’ve got money,” Ms. Zhao added. “I wanted him to know the taste of tears.”
Her ex-boyfriend told Shandong Net that he decided to break up with the woman because of her ‘over-the-top behaviors.’
“My ex-girlfriend was very dramatic. She is telling everyone that I haven’t shed one tear since our break-up,” he said. “Am I a bad person for simply not crying?”
A resident who lives in the same complex as the ex-boyfriend told the reporters: “I don’t know if her boyfriend cried, but I have definitely cried! This whole compound stinks of onions.”
