An overweight woman, who used to eat fast food every day and spend hours watching Netflix, has now lost 170lbs by ditching her two habits.

Jessica Beniquez weighed over 320 pounds a year and a half ago.

She said: “All I did was eat, go to work, and watch my shows”.

But she decided to lose weight in 2016 and started her weight loss journey.

She changed her two habits. One – she stopped eating fast food and started eating healthy.

Two – she ditched Netflix and started exercising, going for walks and joined a gym.

Jessica shares her weight loss journey on her Instagram account (@getfitwjessica) to inspire others.

She wrote in one of her posts: “My name is Jessica and I’m 21. I’m 5’4 and I have lost over 170 lbs with diet and exercise. Starting at over 320 lbs and currently between 145-148. There were and still are obstacles that get in the way, but that’s just the way it is and I have to deal with it. Did I let me give up? NEVER.”

“I have dedicated my life to fitness and I have learned to love it when before I started this journey, I would dread just walking to the bus stop that was not even a 5 min walk.”

“I never expected to be where I am today. I was shy, but now I have so much more confidence, I have so much more energy… It’s crazy the things I can do now that I couldn’t do before.”

Now, she works out for two hours every day and she has totally transformed herself. She is healthier, happier and totally unrecognizable.
