But it is not clear whether this mystery woman was running late when she grabbed her hair mousse only to find out that it was a bottle of expanding builder’s foam!
A woman ended up in hospital after mistaking a builder’s foam for hair mousse.
Her photo quickly went viral on social media, proving how important it is to check the label even when you’re in a rush.
The viral photo shows the mystery woman sitting in the waiting room looking frustrated with her situation. Who wouldn’t be upset when you have a giant helmet of polyurethane foam on your head?
Leaves and twigs are also stuck to her hair, which means there might be more to the photo.
Expanding builder’s foam are used for everything from filling gaps during constructions to holding items in place and preventing leaks – but styling hair is not one of them.
One internet user commented: “Is this something a hospital is equipped and trained to handle? Perhaps a home improvement store would have had the necessary solvents?”
Another wrote: “OK fine I get that she confused the two but WHO in blazes uses THAT much hair mousse? My lord there is enough for 50 people on her head…just sayin.”
A third added: “Now we know why they put instruction on shampoo bottle too. LOL . Poor lady!”
