Jazzmin Fry, a Brisbane woman, stabbed a man with her heels while she was in a drunken state and she was off the hook just after paying fine for $250.
She claims that it was her 21st birthday and she was in a very drunk state so whatever happened during that time, was just a mistake as she was not in her correct mind frame.
While the man, Kyle Johns said that he didn’t have any idea why he was attacked like that without doing anything. He explained how she came from nowhere and stabbed the heel of her stiletto in the crown of his head.
The injury was, and Kyle had to be taken to the hospital immediately after the incident. The doctors performed surgery and stitched his scalp back together which wasn’t in good shape.
The drunk girl came out of nowhere and while shouting how she wants her heel through the guy’s eyeball, attacked him.
After the attack, the guy fell unconscious because of the major injury caused on his head. A stranger took the guys phone and called his mother, Susan Johns and explained the whole incident to her.
Susan says that she got a call from her son’s phone which panicked her totally after listening to what the stranger told her.
She further said that she cannot explain how numb she felt after looking at her kid in that condition and knowing how he was attacked.
She also said that it could have been worse than this as he could have lost his eye or he could have died because of the direct attack on his head.
Though even after a complaint filed against Jazzmin, she escaped the whole situation without landing up in jail or being convicted.
Mr. Johns claimed that he is so disappointed with the entire situation and he asks if there was a role reversal in this situation then would he be treated the same way as her.
It is really unfair to see how the poor guy suffered because the girl couldn’t handle herself in the drunk state and even after causing so much pain to him she has escaped the whole situation without any harm.
