Infertility is a big threat to a happy married life of a couple.
It generates frustration and lack of belonging in the people who had always been looking forward to becoming parents.
Infertility, unfortunately, is not a very rare thing to happen. There are millions of men and women in the world who suffer from this problem, especially when people have crossed a certain age bar.
Daljinder Kaur, on the other hand, has broken this bar of becoming a mother at a particular age as she gave birth to her first baby at the age of 72.
Yes, it is shocking, also, she has become the oldest first-time mother. The father Mohinder Singh Kaur is 80.
The couple always wanted to have a child but even after trying for years, they were unable to conceive. But IVF treatment has made their desire come true.
But what about the child? Is it a wise idea to give birth at such an old age?
We don’t know how they took the decision of having a child at such an age because a child needs it’s parent’s care until the age of 18.
Daljinder will have to live till 90 years and her husband would have to live till the age of 108 in order to be around, which is quite impossible.
The couple already struggles to pick the baby up when it is crawling on the ground and in the coming years, it is going to be even more difficult for them.
After years of denial by the treatment centers, Daljinder was finally able to convince them because her body was healthy enough to carry a child.
But she has some issue post her pregnancy now. Week joints, low blood pressure and lack of energy are few things that are causing her trouble.
The couple is looking forward to giving a great life to their child. The father says “I will make sure my child gets everything in the world.”
