“We’ve tried, without success, to call you to talk through your requirements and provide further information to help you in your decision-making process. Exciting times! We’re here to help.”

Sue said after making inquiries about a two-bedroom flat, she received calls from the property firm a couple of times.

Sue said: “I just couldn’t believe they would say that. I just couldn’t believe it, I was so shocked and infuriated that they felt they could talk to me like this.”

“I only made a query on one of their properties and I hadn’t fallen out with any of the staff. It’s astounding.”

Sue immediately complained to Linden Homes and a staff member called her to ask her about the email.

The staff member still tried to sell the property that left her more stunned.
