A pregnant woman has passed away along with her unborn daughter after a ‘friend’ took the child out of her womb.
22-year-old Raegan Hancock, who was heavily pregnant with her second child, was found by her mother in her Texas home on Friday. Her belly was cut open and her daughter was taken out of her womb.
A woman who took the child to a hospital in Oklahoma has been arrested. Sadly, the baby did not survive.
Hancock’s family said that the suspect was her friend.
The woman was taken into custody and charged with kidnapping and killing an unborn child.
A fundraising page that was set up for Hancock states that she ‘and her unborn baby were selfishly killed by someone Raegan considered a friend.’
Her grieving mother also shared a heartbreaking post, writing: “I am begging for prayers without ceasing for our family.
“Our beautiful daughter Reagan Hancock and her precious unborn baby girl Braxlynn were murdered yesterday by Satan in the flesh.”
The mother added: “I found her and Marcus and Chris were on scene right after me.
“Our family, friends, & community are rocked to the core! Our Reagan was one of the most precious people you would ever meet.”
One person commented: “I can’t even fathom this kind of thing. It’s beyond comprehension how someone could cut open another woman’s belly. I so hope that the mum died quickly as this would have been horrific. I have no words.”
Another wrote: “What’s shocking is this isn’t uncommon. What is wrong with people.”
A third added: “They ought to be treated like the animals they are, and no mercy shown to them. Disgusting!”
