A lot has been said about the strong bonds of love and companionship between human and dogs.
The two co-existed for thousands of years. Apart from protection, dogs offer love and compassion to their owners. But it is rather hard to believe that there are people who harbor hatred for these friendly beasts.
These malicious individuals don’t stop at cursing the harmless pooches. They even take time out to form groups, and hatch plans to kill these creatures. It may sound unimaginable, but this is exactly what Leewen Zhang had to face.
Leewen Zhang lived in California for several years. To prevent her loneliness, she adopted a two-month-old puppy, who was always by her side. The name of her service pooch was Julie. Julie was not only Leewen’s constant companion. She was also a companionate friend. But the two were not meant to be together for long as Julie was killed by some evil people.
Leewen Zhang had planned to relocate to Europe. Before that, she wrapped up everything from California and moved back to her native country, China. Leewen thought that they will receive a warm welcome in China as well.
Unfortunately, that did not happen. Leewen rented an apartment at Yubei. She thought that this environment will be beneficial for Julie. But her neighbors rather miffed with Julie’s presence.
Leewen posted on her account that Julie was poisoned and murdered by her malicious neighbors. These people had the notion that the presence of any animal will not be conducive for the health of children.
They had threatened Leewen on several instances and foul-mouthed Julie as well. Finally, these evil individuals hatched a devious plan to poison this cute dog. They smeared chicken pieces with rat poison and left these on the lawn. Julie was unable to detect rat poison and ate a piece of this chicken.
Soon after this, the dog started experiencing pain. Though Leewen took Julie to the vet, the doctors were unable to save her. Finally, Julie breathed in for the last time, and Leewen broke down to tears. Her pain is visible in the video that she uploaded on her social media account. This heart-broken dog owner has embarked on a mission to garner support and punish these evil doers.
