After being trolled for her skin condition, she decided to try the controversial drug Roaccutane which has been linked to depression and suicidal thoughts.

Ashleigh said she stopped herself from using this drug earlier because of how strong and potent it is but finally decided to give it a try six months ago.

She thanked the controversial drug for clearing her skin and said it is “the best thing she’s ever done.”

Before using this drug, Ashleigh tried everything but nothing worked. Then, she decided to use Roaccutane which is prescription only and is heavily monitored by doctors.

Ashleigh says if her acne returns, she would take another course of Roaccutane for a “short period of time” as it is the only thing that worked for her.

She advised the people who are suffering from a similar condition to give it a try. She said: “If I can give a message to them and let it be passed on that’s my goal.”
