What would you do if someone chops off your long locks? Well, you will definitely be upset or angry.
The same happened with a woman when a hairdresser chopped 12 inches off her long locks without telling her.
A video from Turkish reality TV programme Kuaförüm Sensin which translates as ‘you’re my hairdresser’ is going viral. The woman whose hair was cut off can be seen passing out after realizing how much of her hair she had lost.
İlayda who was a model appeared on the show and she can be seen with her long, glossy hair. The stylist Bilal Ağın starts chopping her hair with his scissor. It seems Bilal failed to mention to İlayda earlier in the episode his plans to give her a shoulder-length look.
After realizing Bilal has cut off around 12 inches off her locks she grasps her hair and begins running her hands through it. İlayda bursts into tears and removes her robe. The three judges were stunned by her reaction and she appeared to faint in the arms of an assistant who was trying to stop her leaving.
The clip was shared on Twitter and has been viewed by thousands of times and many people showed sympathy towards İlayda.
One person wrote: “I’m SCREAMINNNN why is that so relatable tf.”
Another commented: “Did you see how long that hair was, she’s gonna need counselling for that trauma.”
But others called the scene was dramatically edited.
One wrote: “Indian soap opera called. They want their editors back.”
Well, İlayda should be happy because her hair will be used for a good cause. Reportedly, the hair from the show is to be donated to a project named ‘Let My Hair Be Your Hair’ which offer wigs to survivors who have lost their hair during cancer treatment.
