A woman, from San Diego, California, has claimed she saw her late father in an ultrasound scan of her baby daughter.
Shantel Carrillo shared an image of the ultrasound scan of her baby daughter on Facebook and when people told her someone is kissing your baby, she realized it was her late father who died in 2016.
Shantel told Kens5: “People were messaging me saying it looks like someone is kissing your baby. People that actually knew my dad were like ‘That looks like Chuck. That looks like your dad’.”
“I found a picture of my dad holding my first daughter and it’s like the exact same thing – it’s crazy,” she added.
She then shared another picture of her father holding her first child to Reddit with the caption: “My late father showing up in my second daughter’s ultrasound,”.
The post instantly went viral, leaving people shocked. One user wrote: My father died in May of 2017. Less than a month later, my wife went into labor at 25 weeks. As we were going to bed in the hospital one night I saw my dad leaning against the sink, smiling at us.”
“I took that as a sign that he was watching over our son. The next day, our son was born. He was super early and tiny, but he was very healthy and has continued to thrive amazingly well. Thanks dad!”

When my mom asked who it was, I kept saying “Bernice!” Eventually, later she asked who Bernice was, and I said “Grandma.point 105 | ” My moms grandma Bernice died a long time before I was born.point 156 | ”point 159 | 1
But, some called it a photoshopped picture but Shantel claimed the picture was not photoshopped but it’s a real one.
