A woman has been filmed admitting she called a father the N-word after he parked his vehicle in her parking spot to pick up his children from his aunt’s house.

The shocking incident happened outside an apartment complex in San Bernardino, California.

34-year-old Carter had parked his vehicle in the woman’s spot when he went to collect his sons from his aunt who was living in the complex.

His actions then outraged the woman who immediately confronted him and called him the N-word.

Mr. Carter started filming the incident and the woman did not deny deploying the racial epithet.

“You’re still stealing from me,” the woman expressed.

“You called me a n*****,” Mr. Carter replied, to which the woman said: “So? I’ve got a constitutional right to free speech. I’m an American and proud of it. I don’t have to leave America to go to Africa,  like you guys have to leave Africa to come to America.”

The angry woman continued to pace around the parking space before another resident yelled out, telling the father that the woman had also lodged complaints against her.

A cop responded to the scene, seemingly contacted by the irate woman. Mr. Carter told the police officer that the woman had called him the N-word for parking his car in her spot.

Mr. Carter told the cops he acted respectfully towards the angry woman.

“One:  I’m gonna respect you ’cause you’re my elder. Two: I’m gonna respect you ’cause my aunt lives here and I don’t want any problems. Three: I’m gonna respect you just ’cause you probably have an idea of us [black men] that we’re supposed to get ignorant,” Mr. Carter explained.

The father also turned towards the woman and said: “We don’t need hatred. I know you’re older, and I’m a young man and I probably cant get through to you.

“But if i can get through to one person, you might tell  ten people ‘Hey, stop hating, just love. It’s easier to love’.”

Mr. Carter then left the scene and got back into his car with his sons.
