Previously, a woman revealed that she and her boyfriend picked up Laundrie, who is now the main person of interest in Gabby Petito’s murder case, in Wyoming’s Colton Bay at 5.44 pm on August 29. They later at 6.09 pm dropped him off at Jackson Lake Dam.

It has now come to our knowledge that another woman, Norma Jean Jalovec, picked up the 23-year-old man with her car at around 6.15 pm on August 29 just moments after he was dropped off by Miranda Baker and her fiancé at Jackson Lake Dam.

“I picked him up. Something just said: ‘Hey, ask him where he’s going,’” Jalovec recalled in an interview with Fox News.

As the seasonal Wyoming resident revealed, she agreed to drop Laundrie off at the camping site at Spread Creek even though her home is located in a different direction after he had told her that he was staying alongside Snake River alone while his girlfriend was in another spot at the campsite.

After reaching the entrance to the remote Snake River camping spot, Jalovec offered to take Laundrie inside the area only for him to try to “get out of the moving car” in a hurry.point 262 |

While she joked about Laundrie wanting to walk the rest of the journey to impress his girlfriend at first, Jalovec eventually let him leave after he insisted he wanted to get out of her car.point 156 | 1

The bizarre encounter came moments after Miranda Baker and her fiancé picked Laundrie up at Colton Bay. According to Baker, Laundrie told them that he “had a fiancée and that she was working on their social media page back at their van.”

“He approached us asking for a ride because he needed to go to Jackson and we were going to Jackson that night. So I said, ya know, ‘hop in’ and he hopped in the back of my Jeep,” she explained.

Baker also claimed it was “weird” when Laundrie offered them $200 for the 10-mile ride after they dropped him off at Jackson Lake Dam.

“This is key information. He said that he had hiked for days along Snake River but looking at his backpack, it wasn’t full,” Baker added as she recalled the story Laundrie had told her and her fiancé.

“And he said all he had was a tarp to sleep on. And, if you’d think you’re going camping for days on end you’d want food and a tent and he had none of that.

“He had scruff but he didn’t look dirty for someone who was camping for multiple days. He didn’t look dirty, he didn’t smell dirty, so that part was kind of weird.”
