More details into the bizarre case revealed how the woman just wouldn’t cooperate with the police when politely requested to do so. At the start of the fiasco, she blatantly said no for a breath test, right after she reportedly failed her first two attempts. This was when she made attempts to register her sample.
But now, the mother of two has a whole different and unique tale as to why she’s refusing to take part in the breath test, in the first place. And that has to do with how she is apparently too obese to give a sample. “I’m just not fit enough to blow into a breathalyser,” she began to explain.
During her recent court appearance, the mother of two children spoke about how tried her best to cooperate with two samples in just three minutes. But that’s when she claims that she couldn’t make it past blowing hard enough as she was an overweight smoker.
