A 51-year-old woman was arrested and charged with eight counts of destruction of property after repeatedly pooping on a parking lot.
Massachusetts-based Andrea Grocer was caught defecating in the parking lot in front of the North Avenue’s Natick Outdoor Store.
According to the reports, the woman pooped on the parking lot at least eight times, whereas the cops in charge of the investigation initially thought the culprit was a wild animal.
After a closer look, however, they spotted used toilet paper indicating that a human was responsible for the repulsive act.
According to the owner of the sports store, Henry Kanner, the investigation into the mysterious pooper began in December when he first came across feces on the parking lot.
After that, he reported the issue several more times after finding fresh evidence.
To catch the person responsible, the police officers have increased patrols in the area until they finally caught Grocer relieving herself at the parking lot early in the morning.
After the woman attempted to drive away, she was pulled over and officers confronted her about her acts.
According to NBC10, the 51-year-old claimed she had been defecating herself in the parking lot on her way home because she couldn’t hold it back due to her chronic intestinal disorder.
However, as the police argued, she could have easily used public restrooms which are freely available just seconds away from the parking lot instead.
After the woman was scolded, she promised to stay away from the parking lot with the intent to poop on it.
“I’m so happy they arrested her,” the store owner said in an interview with MetroWest Daily News after the case got solved.
