Illegally entering a country is a serious offense and no country in the whole wide world accepts it.
An illegal immigrant can prove to be a threat to the civilians of the country as they can create disputes, attack people, and can even be responsible for terror activities.
Besides, if a person does not have a negative intention then why would they choose to enter a country illegally?
On February 15th a woman was arrested with the charge of attacking a man who was wearing MAGA (Make America Great Again) cap in a Mexican restaurant.
Rosiane Santos was in a restaurant called Casa Vallarta Mexican, near Falmouth, Massachusetts, where she allegedly started beating a man because he was wearing MAGA cap. She was then arrested for the assault.
After she was arrested, a police officer took her fingerprints and sent it to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement to get details about her.
That is when they found out that Rosiane Santos is a citizen of Brazil and has arrived in the United States through illegal means. Charged with both, the assault and illegal immigration, she was kept under the custody of the local police.
Now, she is under the custody of ICE and removal proceedings has started.
When the police confronted her about why she assaulted the man then she said that she was upset about the man wearing the cap inside a Mexican restaurant.
Bryton Turner, the 23 years old man who was assaulted by the Brazilian woman said that he walked inside the restaurant and sat at the table and just right then the woman came and said things to him.
“She asked about why I was wearing the hat in the restaurant and I told her that it is America and I can wear the hat anywhere I want.” She then threw his hat away several times and asked the bartender to poison his drink. The bartender then called 911 so that the things do not go out of their hands.
