A young woman was slammed and accused of living in the past after sharing advice on how to keep a man happy.
TikTok user known as @girlygirluk has sparked a heated debate on social media after sharing a video in which she told women to wear dresses and feed their partners to make them happy.
“A man isn’t really hard to please. Feed him, kiss him, wear dresses, get flirty, be his best friend, make home a paradise, shower compliments,” the girl suggested in her viral video that has since racked up millions of views.
The woman went on to insist that keeping a man happy is an easy job as long as people follow her advice and do the things their partners like.
After her controversial tips went viral, the young lady was overcome by comments of people who disagreed with her way of life and suggested she’s living in the wrong century.
“A lot of women do this and their men still don’t appreciate it,” one lady wrote.
“You forgot to change him, burp him, read him a bedtime story,” another joked.
One man wrote: “Yeah I’m not really into all that. My wife is my best friend, but she’s also my intellectual equal. And I feed her!”
Though many people appeared to get all worked up over the TikToker’s suggestions, she isn’t the only one who believes that ladies are better off spending their lives as housewives than pursuing a more modern career.
Previously, Monica Huldt from Scottsdale, Arizona, went viral after suggesting that women should adhere to old-school household rules and allow men to be dominant in order to make their relationships work.
“I don’t want to work to be honest – I love being a housewife and taking care of my husband. Ever since I saw that movie The Stepford Wives, I knew I wanted my life to be exactly like that,” she said.
Huldt went on to reveal that she always obeys her husband and does her best to make him happy all the time.
“Some women might not like being told what to do or wear but I love it when he gives me instructions. When I deliver, it makes him happy – and in turn that makes me happy. I love seeing my husband content and I don’t think there is anything wrong with that,” she added.
