Woman Loses 155 Lbs By Giving Up 4 Foods

Losing weight is the toughest thing to do and if you are willing to shed some pounds, then this article is definitely for you.

Casey Gemmell, a thirty-seven-year-old woman lost 155 Lbs after cutting out four foods.

It all started when Gemmell wore a plus-size batgirl costume at her son’s superhero-themed birthday party.

When she saw her photographs on social media, that’s when she decided to lose some pounds.

“I thought ‘That’s not me, what a terrible angle,’” Gemmell told Today.

“But then another photo was posted — from a worse angle. I kept waiting for a good angle and it never arrived.”

Gemmell, who was 349 pounds that time, shared her story on her Facebook page, Beautiful U.

“I had just accepted this was me. I am; as I was called ‘Larger than Life’” she wrote in one post.

She wanted to change “my life, my looks, my outlook on living — I WANTED TO LIVE!!!!”

“I downloaded an app called 5K Runner. It specifically said it would turn anybody from a couch potato into a 5K runner in eight weeks. I thought I would prove the app wrong.”

Gemmell cut out four foods which were the main problem and were the main reason for her weight. The four foods were – bread, cheese, pasta, and soft drinks.

Gemmell is now inspiring people by sharing her story. Her transformation is incredible and she looks fabulous now.

She wrote in one post: ‘It annoys me that I only allowed face shots when I was bigger – to have the comparison now would almost be worth the embarrassment then. Attract what you expect Reflect what you desire Become what you respect Mirror what you admire’
