And now that he has become Genie in the new film Aladdin, people can’t stop appreciating his acting as well as the movie.
This amazing moment happened at the red carpet of Aladdin. Two little twin girls of 4 years of age, came to him and he stayed in character saying he is not allowed to show his magic in public. But not to disappoint them he asked them to come with him and meet the princess, Jasmin.
The video of the two little girls Emma and Mila talking to the Genie was recorded at Los Angeles premiere of the film Aladdin.
While talking, the twins mentioned that they haven’t met the princess Jasmin yet and they really wish to meet her. Smith then invites them on to the red carpet and then they all went to see Jasmin who has been played by Naomi Scott in the film.
The moment starts with Mila asking Smith, the Genie, “Show me where is your magic.”
Staying in character Smith said “I am not allowed to use magic when I am in this world. People cannot know I have magic or they will take my magic away.”
He added, “I can’t tell them I am Genie because people will get scared and I don’t wish to scare people away.”
Mila then asked him where are his friends and in reply to it, he said, “come let’s go and meet Jasmin.”
The two little girls were really happy on the red carpet and one could see it bright and clear on their faces.
