Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett have flown to a ‘$3k a night resort’ after the actress revealed she had cheated with rapper August Alsina.
But the couple seems to be working on their marriage of more than two decades as they went to Albany resort in the Bahamas, according to PageSix.
The website also reported that their daughter 19-year-old Willow has flown to the resort with the couple.
Albany resort is located on the island of New Providence and runs about $3,000 a night. Private residents, according to the resort’s official website, start at $5 million.
The oceanfront property also features a fitness center, an 18-hole championship golf course, and a family waterpark.
Smith has previously shared photos from the luxurious resort as he is a member and visits the property often.
Jada shocked the world on Friday when she revealed her affair with rapper August Alsina. The actress said she developed a deep friendship with the singer four years ago but explained that she and her husband had ‘basically broken up’ during that time.
The revelation comes after the couple denied Alsina’s claims that Will gave him his blessing to be with Jada.
The Hollywood star started explaining that they met the rapper through their son Jaden. At that time, Alsina was ‘really sick’ and needed ‘some help.’
“And it all started with him just needing some help, me wanting to help his health, his mental state,” Jada said.
“The outpouring for him from our family was initially about his health. We found all those different resources to help pull him through and from there you and I were going through a very difficult time.”
Will admitted ‘I was done with you,’ while the actress said that they decided to separate for some time.
Jada has been married to the actor since 1997. They are parents to 19-year-old Willow and 27-year-old Trey.
