A woman who caught her husband making love with his own mother has revealed that she always suspected an intimate and incestuous relationship was going on between them.
43-year-old Tony L. Lavoie and his mother 63-year-old Cheryl Lavoie admitted to having sexual relations with each other, authorities said.
The husband reportedly said to police that ‘it just happened’ and claimed it was only the first time he did it with his mother.
Tony’s wife, Lori Lavoie, said that she ‘always had suspicions of the two of them having an intimate relationship,’ news.com.au reported.
She also told police that she had long wanted Cheryl, her mother-in-law, to move out.
The 64-year-old mother said she and her son had grown closer in the past few months and began having an intimate relationship when they started kissing.
Lori walked in on her naked husband and naked mother-in-law having sex on the couch in their home.
Police were called to 137 Clarendon Street, Fitchburg where Officer Kaddy found Lori’s cousin Joan who said “she was told from Lori Lavoie that Lori’s husband Tony Lavoie was caught having sex with his biological mother Cheryl Lavoie.”
Officer Kaddy said in a police report: “Lori then stated that she saw her mother-in-law Cheryl Lavoie was naked on top of her husband Tony Lavoie having sex.”
When asked what she did after the incident, Lori said: “I walked into my room and closed the door and called my cousin then the police.”
Tony told the police: “I don’t want to talk about it. I made a mistake and I am embarrassed enough as it is.”
The mother and son face up to 20 years in jail if convicted.
