Most of us are hit by lockdown boredom but how many used time creatively? Well, this guy just spent some time using a washing machine to recreate the Harry Potter theme tune, and it’s straight out of Hogwarts!
TikTok user Kurt Schneider and his friend have recreated the Harry Potter tune using two washing machines, and their video quickly went viral on social media.
Kurt can be seen wearing a Harry Potter costume complete with a Gryffindor scarf while kneeling on the floor, and his friend is standing next to him, slamming the door of the dryer on top.
The famous TikToker then pressed the buttons of the washing machine, changing the settings frequently to produce different tones of ‘beep.’
‘Harry Potter doing laundry be like,’ he wrote on TikTok before revealing: ‘This took hours, don’t let it flop.’
After finishing their entertaining performance, he scurries off to his own Harry Potter cupboard and his pal closes the door on him. Wow!
People loved their video, with many asking if they could make more impressive music.
One internet user commented: “Moste Brilliant!!! I want that washing machine doing the thourough-bass in a concert for the hollow-broomstick flute from last week – are there any contemporary composers for repurposed cleaning equipment??”
Another wrote: “Kurt Hugo Schneider nice! Very impressive but can you play Paganini Caprice 24 on a washing machine (sorry I just had to).”
A third added: “Dude this is epic.”
