Victory For New York As Anti-Abortion Protesters WIN Court Ruling


A Federal court has recently thrown out a decision that allowed the Attorney General of New York to go about blocking all anti-abortion protesters, who tried to keep women away from reproductive health clinics in the vicinity of New York City’s Queens borough.

The appeals order came about on Friday by a recent panel comprising of the 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals that is situated in Manhattan. They turned around the decision that was related to a trial court ruling from the year 2018. This decision previously denied an injunction that halted the harassment of all those people entering into Jamaica’s Choices Women’s Medical Center.
