Humans are known as social animals.

But not all humans are social. Some like to live alone, in a deserted area without any neighbors. And with increasing population, finding serene places with no noisy neighbors is getting extremely difficult.

Well, good news is on the way for such people. A deserted island called Inchmarnock, located on the coast of Scotland, in the Firth of Clyde to be exact, is on sale.

The island can be bought for £1.4m ($1.75m) with a beautiful, four-bedroom house. The island is located at just a 10-minute ride from the seaside town of Rothesay. Surprisingly, a terraced house in London would cost the same.

The farming island was once occupied by 41 people. But currently, the island is completely uninhabited as its owners left the island thirty years ago in 1989.

The island is owned by a couple for the past twenty years. The couple uses this sublime property as their holiday home.

The island spread across 660 acres has native woodland, a 4.75 mile of coastline, a custom-made ferry and a small private harbor. Do not mistake this as a dull piece of land stranded in sea, as this island has been the area of interest for many ages.

It had been raided by Vikings and used as a D-Day training ground. One of its farm also discovered remains of a Bronze Age woman. The woman named as Queen of the Inch was wearing a black necklace and carried a flint dagger when found.

The sales agent for Strutt and Parker in Edinburgh, Diane Fleming, said that a lot of national and international interest to buy this unique property is expected. The property can be capitalized water sports and fishing after significant modification.
