Cruelty on kids has been prevalent in our society for a long time now.
Humans can surprise you to many extents when it comes to becoming cruel to kids.
Recently, two neglected Ukranian sisters who were being tortured in their house were finally rescued from the wraths of the horror house. Diana and Anya, aged five and one, lived with their mother and her boyfriend.
The mother, 25, never took care of her children and fed them properly that they had to eat anything they could find.
They lived in a destructive apartment which was not at all suitable to raise the children. The toddlers were found on November 21 after one of their concerned neighbors reported the heart-wrenching incident to the police.
The neighbor stated that the woman and her boyfriend often quarreled with each other. They used to shout at their children and never took care of them. The girls were always dirty and left neglected.
Some of the other neighbors have also stated that there was a horrible stench coming from the home. When the police officers reached the spot and entered the flat, they were shocked to see the disgusting condition of the house.
Even the police officers were heartbroken to spot the little girls in such awful conditions. One of the officers said that the house was in a dirty condition, there was dirt all over the place. The tub in the bathroom was filled with mud and worms.
The girls were made to sleep on the filthy beds and ate from the unwashed dishes. It was difficult to breathe in the room due to the horrible stench.
Right after, when the police reached the spot, they took the girls away from their mother and got them hospitalized. Pediatricians treating the girls have confirmed that they are taking proper care of the health.
