Nothing can get so boring as standing in line at the checkout counter. Even adults can blow their top if the line isn’t moving or is held up either by a fussy customer or technical issues. But if one is a kid who just wants to go home, waiting in line can get positively aggravating. After all, the worst thing for a kid with a lot of excess energy is to be forced to stand still (somewhat) for any length of time.
But one thing that young kids have that most adults don’t (or sadly outgrow) is the ability to connect with other kids they may not know yet still have a blast of a time. And that’s exactly what happened to two young kids waiting at the grocery checkout line who happened to make eye contact and just decided to do an impromptu dance-off without a word being said!
The mother of one of the boys just had to film the hilarious yet adorable event and wrote: “Took place in the evening after Jeremy finished swimming. He was at the store with me and my husband. They were battling for a while. It was the cutest thing. They made eye contact and just started dancing.”
The two kids can be seen “battling” it out with some Fortnite dance moves as one customer in line stares in amusement. And the way they smoothly execute those dance moves makes it clear that they must have played that game at least a few times.
Perhaps it shouldn’t be surprising that these two kids managed to instantly connect through dance. After all, communicating through movement expresses one’s thought processes and emotions on a deeper level than through words alone. Therefore dancing is the perfect medium by which one can reach out even to strangers and still manage to connect to them.
As for Jeremy, at least he got to relieve his boredom and possibly made a new friend especially if they both live in the same general area.point 221 |

And for his parents, at least they know that no matter what, their kid is going to do all right and may even develop that dancing talent further as he grows up.
