An excited TV reporter quit her job on air after winning a lottery but found out later the prize was only €5,000 (£4,000).
Spain’s RTVE reporter Natalia Escudero quit her job on air after winning the lottery and told her colleagues she wouldn’t be returning to work the next day.
Natalia, who thought she won the jackpot, apologized after realizing the prize was only €5,000 (£4,000).
Natalia had to apologize to the viewers for announcing she was leaving her job on air. She was accused of unprofessionalism and was forced to apologize after learning she had actually won only €5,000 (£4,000).
In the video, which has now gone viral, Natalia can be seen jumping with joy after winning the lottery.
She announced on air that she wouldn’t be returning to work the next day. She was criticized by everyone for showing the lack of professionalism.

However, she maintained that she wouldn’t be working the next day as she is taking a break for a planned holiday.
