President Donald Trump was in London for NATO Summit but he is coming back this afternoon leaving it in the middle although he was supposed to stay for a little longer.
He is completing his meetings on the schedule and is arriving back to Washington DC. The sources say that the reason he is coming back is because Justin Trudeau was recorded on tape mocking at him.
The video captures the Canadian Prime Minister making a joke on Trump at an evening of mixers at Buckingham Palace reception on Tuesday night.
NATO gathering turned out to be a bitter one as Trudeau along with a few more leaders of the world were left acrimonies by Trump as he suggested for all the other allies present there to make more financial contributions to NATO forces rather than depending on the United States for the peacekeeping.
On Tuesday afternoon, Queen Elizabeth had hosted a reception at the Buckingham Palace and all the leaders invited for NATO were present there.
It was there when Trudeau along with other leaders started to mock at the American president with cameras in his face.
While talking to the prime minister of the UK, Boris Johnson, he also suggested that it is Trump’s staff that is trying desperately to rein him.
To get back at them for making a mockery at him the next day at meeting Trump made sure they learn the lesson. On Wednesday Trump suggested for Canada, the UK, and other countries to be more active when it comes to the financial aid of NATO.
He says that the countries should give in 2% of their country’s gross product to NATO. Trump believes Trudeau along with others did not appreciate it and disagrees with it.
