Trump Calls House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy A ‘P****’ After Ten Republicans Vote To Impeach Him


Trump has reportedly called House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy a “pu**y” after ten Republicans voted in favor of impeaching the President.

As reported by Maggie Haberman, a White House correspondent for The New York Times, aides have confirmed that Trump is upset with Republicans who voted to impeach him.

While House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy didn’t vote in favor of Trump’s impeachment, the President is reportedly extremely angry with him for not keeping other Republicans in line.

According to the NYT tweet by Haberman, Trump called McCarthy a “pu***” just days after he threw a similar insult at Vice President Mike Pence whom he told: “You can either go down in history as a patriot, or you can go down in history as a pu**y.”

As per the New York Times report, the outgoing president has also not backed down on his fraud allegations whereas he reportedly keeps on telling his allies and advisers that he won the election.

Trump’s fury follows after ten Republicans joined in on the Democrats’ efforts to punish the president for “incitement of insurrection” in the most bipartisan impeachment in US history.

According to the reports, the House voted 232-197 in favor of impeaching the President over his alleged role in the insurrection that took place at the US Capitol.

Among the ten Republicans who turned on the President over his actions were Wyoming’s Liz Cheney, New York’s John Katko, Illinois’ Adam Kinzinger, Washington’s Jaime Herrera Beutler, Washington’s Dan Newhouse, Michigan’s Fred Upton, South Carolina’s Tom Rice, Michigan’s Peter Meijer, California’s David Valadao, and Ohio’s Anthony Gonzalez.

“There has never been a greater betrayal by a President of the United States of his office and his oath to the Constitution,” Republican House Number 3, Liz Cheney, said.
