Nancy Pelosi recently launched an impeachment inquiry against the president and it looks like the same has done wonders for Donald Trump’s 2020 election campaign.
Yes, the campaign was able to raise $5 million in just a span of 24 hours following the inquiry launched by Nancy Pelosi.
The campaign manager of Trump’s 2020 election, Brad Parscale said that for the campaign and the Republican Party has been able to raise $5 million.
He says that they have received the funding from everywhere in the country that includes all the 50 states in small amounts.
He said that they had organized two fundraisers in New York City alone with an estimate of $8 million. This has lead up the funds to $13 million within just 72 hours.
Brad Parscale said that since Nancy Pelosi had launched the inquiry, there is huge inflation in the funds as people appear curios and on the side of their president.
Pelosi said that she has launched the inquiry following the demand of information about rival Joe Biden as he was on a phone call with Ukraine’s recently elected president.
In a transcript that was released on Wednesday in the White House, it was indeed found out that Trump did have a conversation with Ukraine’s president Zelensky in order to gather information about a gas company where Hunter Biden was a senior executive once.
After being aware of the situation, Joe Biden forced the government of Ukraine to fire the prosecutor who was working on finding information about his as an act of violation without him being aware of the same.
The president has also been accused of holding $400 million from the military aid towards Ukraine as understood there was a deal between the two presidents and the amount was then supposed to release after the information is given.
But the phone call between the two has released nothing related to the sum of amount.
