A trophy hunter has opened up about her bloody hobby as she revealed she will never regret killing wild animals because she was raised that way.
Tess Thompson Talley is a 39-year-old mother and wife from Texas who isn’t willing to apologize for her unconventional hobby which includes hunting and killing of exotic animals.
As the trophy huntress explained in an interview with LADbible, she was raised by a family of hunters, and catching animals has become her way of life.
Previously, in 2019, Talley has gone viral after posing for a photo next to a dead giraffe, prompting people to start flooding her with threats.
Despite the backlash, the proud huntress continues to kill exotic game and stand by her hobby. Much to the fury of her critics, she has also launched her own jewelry line that features a variety of bracelets, earrings, and necklaces made of the remains of her prey.
“I will never regret any hunts that I’ve been blessed to be a part of! It’s who I am and what I love to do. I will never apologize for it to those that disagree,” Talley told LADbible.
Besides sharing pictures of the prey she kills on Instagram, Talley also frequently shares screenshots of various threats she receives from angry animal rights activists. No amount of death threats, however, can deter the mother from doing what she loves the most.
“If you choose to hunt, knit, play a particular sport, or be someone that makes you stand out from others, go for it. Do not let negativity and bullying from others make you change who you are! Stand up for what you believe in, let your light shine!” she added in an interview with LADbible.
“God made you to be exactly who you are and be proud of that! Just because someone chooses to live their life different from yours or if they choose to eat differently than you, that does not make you the bad person.”
As Talley insisted, it is a “blessing” to be an American and therefore to be able to make her own decisions concerning her way of life.
