An entrepreneur who appeared on Bravo’s Millionaire Matchmaker has passed away at the age of 34.
Trevor Jones, who also appeared on CNBC’s The Profit, died on October 9 from a ‘sudden Vascular Ehlers Danlos Syndrome event,’ or vEDS, his friend told TMZ.
VEDS is a genetic condition that can lead to spontaneous rupture of blood vessels.
A rare type of EDS, vEDS is often considered to be the most serious as it affects the internal organs and blood vessels, which can cause them to split open.
A GoFundMe page set up for Jones’ family describes the reality star as “the type of person that left a footprint in the world without even trying.”
“He was sincere, generous, funny, and always tried to give back,” it continued. “Trevor had a gift where he could make anyone smile, laugh, or feel comfortable with just a look or a few words.”
The page had raised more than $112,000 of its $50,000 goal.
It was in 2018 when Jones appeared on Patti Stanger’s Bravo dating reality show Millionaire Matchmaker where people with 7-figure incomes were matched with their true loves.
Jones participated as the brains behind the company called Flex Watches, which donated to many different charities.
On the show, Patti linked Jones up with The Hills’ Stephanie Pratt. The two seemed to have chemistry but their relationship did not succeed in the end.
Jones tied the knot with wife Cherrie in April that year and they welcomed a baby girl named Finley this March.
One person commented: “It’s always sad when someone so young dies like this. Condolences to his family and friends.”
Another wrote: “Live each day as if it was your last and one day you will be right!”
