27-year-old Rahki Giovanni from Miami can squat 530lbs, can run a mile in under six minutes and can do 43 deadlifts at 315llbs in less than 60 seconds.

The fitness trainer has super thick thighs and can crush watermelons with her thighs.

Rahki told Barcroft TV: “I train my body to perfection and every day is a gym day. I love my body it’s strong and every day reminds me of all the hard work that I put into it. But the journey here wasn’t easy. We’ve all got to start somewhere.”

“Even I struggled in the beginning. I was huge, I was overweight; I’ve already been through that transformation, now I can help other people achieve their body goals.”

Rahki was overweight in her early twenties as she loved consuming soda drinks, carbs, and sugars.

She was a little over 270 pounds when she was 19. She then decided to make a change and transform her body.

She joined the gym and started with 1,000 sit-ups a day. She used to work out for eight hours a day and would do 75 push-ups and 75 pull-ups and dips every day.

She said: “The way you see yourself on the outside it has a lot to do with how you see yourself on the inside.”

After her incredible body transformation, Rahki went on to become a fitness trainer in Miami. Now, she helps others to stay fit and healthy.

She said: “My style of training is hardcore and straight to the point. I do this to help people and make a difference in their lives.”
