The terrifying video of a boy has gone viral, in which his reflection appears moving faster than he does in front of the mirror.
The boy was making faces in front of the mirror at his home in San Antonio, Texas while his mother filmed him.
She posted the video on Snapchat saying that is it just her did her son’s reflection just walked away quicker than he did.
The video spread like a wildfire on social media. The video was posted on August 20 on Twitter and since then, it has garnered more than one million views and was shared more than 110,000 times.
People have no idea what happened and even the mother is confused who was present at that moment.
The video starts with the little boy pulling faces. He is seen sticking his tongue out before losing interest at the mirror. Then happened something unusual that nobody anticipated.
Before he had even turned away from the mirror, his reflection had already disappeared, appeared moving faster than the child.
People over the internet, since then have gone into a frenzy trying to understand what happened and how on Earth it happened. Is it even possible?
One of the Twitter users wrote that she didn’t want to what happened because this is how kids in scary movies start to haunt you.
Another user said that mirror images are from another dimension and they can do whatever they want.
However, the mother, who posted the video, came up with an explanation the next day of posting the video. She said that the illusion was caused by the combination of the position and the angle of the mirror it was sat in.
