This duck, referred to as Dave recently had its penis removed post being injured due to the over amorous activities.
Josh Watson, the owner of the duck claims that he was mating with multiple companions namely Edith, Dora, and Feda up to 10 times a day. Surprised?
We were blown by this discovery as well.
The duck has even prescribed antibiotics and the owner hand to wash its penis daily, however, Dave kept trying to have sex. His need to have intercourse kept on growing, making him feel uncomfortable when he didn’t.
Josh consulted the vet regarding this issue and the doctor said the only way to ease the discomfort of the duck is by removing its penis and leaving it behind a centimeter.
Since ducks only use their penis for mating purposes, the duck is able to urinate without any issues.
Josh said that Dave is quite upset about the procedure, but he is doing fine.
Josh with his pet lives in Torquay, Devon explained that since the day of the procedure, Dave has been quite upset with it all. He further added that he thinks his pet is nymphomaniac.
Basically, he has a very high sex drive which is what caused him to mate so much with female companions so much. He used to mate with a female at every chance he got; sometimes five to ten times a day.
In fact, in some rare scenarios, the number used to go beyond 10 as well. Generally, duck acts like this during mating season, but Dave never used to calm down.
During winter he is supposed to calm down because ducks stop laying eggs; however, Dave used to be active throughout the year.
While his female companion liked him, they get fed up and wander off.
