The Perfection is Netflix’s newest horror addition branded by horror enthusiasts as “unpredictable” and “gory” movie that excels at making people “physically sick” thanks to its graphic scenes.
From vomiting to sexual abuse to chopping off parts of the body, the twisty plot of The Perfection has spread around the internet with the speed of light.
The main characters in the movie include former music prodigy Charlotte, played by Allison Williams, and her replacement Lizzie, played by Logan Browning.
“In this twisty horror-thriller, a once-promising music prodigy reconnects with her former mentors, only to find them taken with a talented new pupil,” the Netflix summary of the movie reads.
Following the movie’s release, people have reported vomiting while watching the disturbing scenes and called the plot “twisted” and “sick.”
“Just finished @netflix’s ‘The Perfection’ and HOLY F**K. movie was absolutely incredible. was definitely sick, twisted, and had me cringe at a couple of scenes. we NEED more movies like this,” one horror enthusiast wrote on Twitter.
“Just watched The Perfection on Netflix and felt sick pretty much the whole way through. Gory and disgusting,” another one added.
“Have yall watched The Perfection on Netflix? someone asked. “Because I’m sick to my stomach.”
One person suggested: “The Perfection was literally Black Swan meets Get Out meets The Human Centipede on crack.”
And as Stephanie claimed, The Perfection is definitely a movie that you’ll have enough of after watching it one time.
“The Perfection f**ked with my spirit. I haven’t been okay since Sunday night. It’s going in the ‘only watched once and don’t ever need to watch again’ category for me. It’s sitting right next to Hereditary and they’re holding hands,” she wrote.
