If you are a die-hard fan of Game of Thrones, then you know who mountain is for sure. You can’t miss to see him as he always comes out as the strongest and biggest character in the show. He can sometimes be terrifying to watch due to his large size. But outside the role that he plays in the movie, he is a normal man who is desperately looking for love. Sure enough, Hafþór Julius Björnsson has won himself a girlfriend whom he cherishes so much. But that is not an issue here. The problem is how the two have a vast difference in sizes. She is much shorter than him. Granted, getting someone who is at per with the height of Hafþór Julius Björnsson can be quite a hard task to undertake. So how do they even manage to kiss given the gap between them? The Mountain’s girlfriend has opened up to give a satisfactory explanation.
But even before going deep into that, one might be wondering who the lucky lady is, and that doubt should be cleared off from the mind. She is none other than Kelsey Henson. She is a Canadian born, and the two met in September at one of the restaurants in Alberta called Earls. She immediately recognized who Hafþór Julius Björnsson was and asked him to have a short photo-taking session with him.
These kind of stories are enjoyable as they allow people to learn who the person is, outside the action scenes.
Henson is just 5’2 in height while Hafþór Julius Björnsson is 6’9 high, so you should be already imagining just how their lopsided photographs look. From that first encounter in the restaurant, things have grown in them, and without knowing, the two were in love.
Just as much expected, the new couple’s relationship caught the attention of the public. People always leave comments on the pictures that Henson and Hafþór Julius Björnsson post on social media. They have seen quite some comments some of which has a laughing emojis, which she admitted that was due to their differences in sizes.

The same person even went ahead to request the couple to post one photo of them kissing. It is evident that it is a hard task to execute, even more than what many people think. It required Björnsson to bend and Henson to tip-toe for them to be of the same height. Henson had a good sense of humor though, and she replied that they would just avoid the bending and tip-toeing business. He just picks her up!
If you are the type who thinks outside the box, then let us stop you from going any further. There is no stool or small ladder for Henson to climb on, so just think within the box. The whole idea is that small differences such as height don’t matter when you love someone.
