In a stunning gender reveal, Game of Thrones actor Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson and wife Kelsey Henson have announced they’re looking forward to welcoming a baby boy in their family.
“Swipe right to see gender of the mini me!” The Mountain actor wrote in his Instagram post accompanied by several photos of him and Henson.
In the first photo, the couple posed as they were about to pop the balloon with confetti inside in order to reveal the baby’s gender.
In other pictures, the lovers were seen celebrating and sharing a kiss as blue confetti fell from the popped balloon, indicating they’re expecting a baby boy.
After the post went viral, Henson thanked their supporters and followers for flooding them with good wishes.
As she pointed out, however, some people have been less than nice to her and her husband as the news broke out.
“Regarding out recent gender reveal post… We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who sent us their congrats and well wishes, thank you all very much we appreciate you all,” Henson, who met her husband while working at a bar he visited, said.
“Unfortunately there will always be those people who have to make a joke out of something and comment on either our sex life or the size of the baby in comparison to me, etc, even on posts such as these which are supposed to be special huge life changing moments for us.”
As she went on to say, they “will not tolerate people speaking absolute trash” and will block anyone who speaks badly of their family.
“I know I shouldn’t give people like this the light of day. Mostly these people are seeking attention, but I’m only human and occasionally someone will get under my skin. Especially where my unborn child is concerned,” Henson concluded.
