Child Molester Rapper Set Free from Prison Citing Corona

But this hip-hop rapper, surprisingly, has reached number 2 on Billboard 200, certified platinum, collaborated with Nicki Minaj and Kanye West during his short-lived career.

He’s also a child sex offender, convicted several times with drug sales and possession, a potential murder accomplice and a former gang member of the Nine Trey Gangsters of New York who turned into an informant to lessen his sentence.

And now, while he is not even completely through with his already shortened sentence, the United States Attorney has agreed to let him go to his home to spend the rest of his prison sentence along with his family.

Lance Lazzaro, attorney for the rapper-turned-convict, real name Daniel Hernandez, let the news of his early transitional sentence serving to Fox News today, with satisfaction:

“We are all very happy that he was released.”

And in the other interview with LA Times, the lawyer has also made a mental note to mention that:

“The judge granted the motion basically because of the virus that’s ravaging our nation.(…)In prison, you can’t practice isolation or containment; it’s just not feasible.”

The rapper was allegedly serving an uptight sentence in a private prison in Jamaica, Queens on Thursday. The talk of the town was that the rapper’s legal defense team was sending several contacts and appeals to the Bureau of Prisons to deal out a premeditated release.

The excuse? He suffers from chronic asthma, a vulnerability in this COVID-19 outbreak.

Both the attorneys and the judges have supposedly agreed that the rapper will catch the Coronavirus. Especially considering the whole imprisonment is a threat to one’s health overall.

Takeshi 6ix9ine, real name Daniel Hernandez, was serving a two year sentence from December 18, 2019.

In the case, he had pled guilty to nine charges in total, facing a service that could’ve possibly extend to a staggering 47 years of life in prison. To make his life more easier, the multiple-times convict turned back on his former gang mates.

Another lawyer from his entourage, Dawn Florio, has made explicit contacts with XXL magazine that the court allowed him to return to home confinement, and he would be completely free on August 2, 2020.

His past criminal offenses include child sex abuse and molestation. The rapper was involved in the case in 2015, where he had a “physical contact” with a 13-year-old minor and then later distributing the video of the incident as his music video.

The three graphic videos, taken when the rapper himself was 18 years old, shows him doing thrusting motions against the victim, making her sit on his lap while the other member is shown committing oral intercourse and groping against the minor.

He brokered a plea deal then as well, which entailed specific clauses on his behalf. It required him to obtain a GED, never again posting sexually explicit content through social media and absolutely no criminal offenses for two years.

He has obvious not kept his word since that time. He himself was a victim to a kidnapping incident in July 22, 2018. However, all this accumulated to four years of probation in October 2018.

And now he is again free, and in “confinement”, just like the rest of the nation.
