A teen, Michael Watson of Canton, Ohio, is a foodie and he is a die-hard fan of pizza and it was almost a difficult task, to lose weight for him.

Watson is over 6 feet tall, weighed more than 300 pounds. Much bigger in comparison of his class fellows, and he was reportedly bullied for his size.

“My self-confidence was zero,” Watson told CNN.

One day he looked in the mirror and he thought to bring a change in him, not just because of the bullies, but because he wanted to make his life better.

He changed his lifestyle a little bit, and that was enough. Like many other, Watson didn’t join a gym or begin a vigorous workout routine. He didn’t even count his calories.

Instead, Watson (now 18) started walking and eating healthy food.
