A teacher’s aide in Texas has been charged with having sex with three students.
A Bowie County Grand Jury indicted 24-year-old Ashlyn Faye Bell on one count of sexual assault of a child and two counts of improper relationship between teacher and student.
Bell worked at the Texas High School in Texarkana from August 2019 to May 2020 as a classroom aide and librarian.
An investigation was initiated recently after a co-worker heard a group of students discussing how one of them may have gotten Belle pregnant.
According to reports, two of the students are aged 17 while the other victim is 16.
The 17-year-old claims he had sexual interaction with the aide at her home in New Boston over Thanksgiving break.
The educator, who is a single mom, allegedly started communicating with the teen on social media. She then picked him up and took him home where they had sex.
Bell allegedly put her young child to sleep before seducing the 17-year-old into her bedroom.
Another teen, also aged 17, claimed he had sex with the aide last year.
He visited her New Boston home numerous times as Bell was ‘tutoring’ him, Texarkana Gazette reported.
The third victim, aged 16, also claims he had sex with the aide in late November after she allegedly picked him up from his home.
Bell was released on a $150,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court later this year.
