Dick Clark Productions and ABC announced that Taylor Swift is all set to receive Artist of the Decade award at this year’s American Music Awards.
Dick Clark Productions’ Executive Vice President of Programming and Development, Mark Bracco, released a public statement saying, ”Taylor’s impact on music this decade is undeniable and her performances on the American Music Awards have been truly spectacular. We’re thrilled to honor her as our Artist of the Decade and can’t wait for her to blow everyone away with an epic, career-spanning performance unlike any other!”

At the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards Taylor’s album Fearless was named Album of the Year and Best Country Album, and “White Horse” was named Best Country Song and Best Female Country Vocal Performance.
The 2019 American Music Awards will be held on November 24, 2019, at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. It will be broadcast live on ABC.
