There has been a hilarious yet deadly incident in Spain where a single fart almost killed everyone on the train.
On the 7th of September 2016, the ‘Spain Subway Fart Massacre’ went viral on various social media platforms. According to the post, a sudden ring alarm siren was triggered from the subway.
Eventually, the train came to a stop. A number of operators and employees came to figure out the problem, and without any prior notice, they had to face an unpleasant experience.
As soon as they opened the door, the deadly gas leaked out of the train. The familiar, yet awful odor came out, which they instantly had to cover their nose to save themselves from it; it was a nasty smell of a fart.
The stink was so bad to a point where passengers who suffered from that strong odor were coughing, feeling nauseous, and even some were having breathing problems.
“Never have I ever smelled such thing”
Said one of the passengers.
“The driver even had to stop the whole train because the odor was spreading everywhere!”
Fortunately, most of the passengers were able to safely evacuate, but there were 17 of them who either fainted or suffered from dizziness.
Thankfully, all of the people who were feeling sick were sent to a hospital nearby.
The police searched for the cause and found out it was a fart from a young woman.
“This strong nasty smell came from my stomach”
She said
“It was unintentional. I tried to hold it, but it leaked out and started to spread.”
Through the investigation, they found out that she drank sweet wine every single day of the week. Since she drank too much of it, this caused a bad stomachache and therefore resulted in a toxic rotting smell which became one of the most bizarre happenings in Spain.
