Study Found Drinking Four Cups Of Coffee A Day Is Good For Health And Here’s Why


New research found drinking four cups of coffee a day can reduce the chances of developing type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart diseases.

Even decaffeinated coffee can reduce the chances of developing diabetes and high blood pressure, according to scientists.

This new research was conducted at the universities of Navarre in Spain and Catania in Italy in which thousands of newly-diagnosed cases from eight different countries were examined.

People who drink four cups of coffee a day have lesser chances of developing type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and heart diseases than those who drink none or less than two cups in a day.

The study also says that drinking more than four cups of coffee a day can reduce the chances of developing the condition by five to ten percent.

The study has found a link between coffee consumption and metabolic syndrome.
