He was charged with murder and feticide in the death of 17-year-old Breana Rouhselang, a cheerleader at the school east of Sound Bend. Her mother told the authorities that she was six months pregnant, and an autopsy confirmed the pregnancy.

Trejo entered a preliminary plea of not guilty and will be held without bond. He told authorities he knew Breana was pregnant and that he was about to be a father. However, both of them didn’t want to have a baby.
