Silly Cat Always Twists When It Hears the Word “Spaghetti”


While some cultures saw felines as gods in the past, other regarded them as mere nuisance in the neighborhood.

Well, no matter what, cats have managed to earn their righteous position in the hearts of humankind, not that they have to.

Ancient Egypt worshiped Bastet or Bast, the cat god, who was often depicted as half cat and half woman.

Well, Bast wasn’t just one of the Egyptian God, she was considered the greatest and the most powerful of them all, the mother to all the queen who have ever stepped in for the crown of Egypt.

Since she’s the mother of all queens, she had become the mother of all people too. Ultimately, she landed the title of mother of all beings in Egypt.

Felis catus is the scientific name of the cats which are carnivorous in nature and they come from the Felidae family.

They are officially the hunters with sharp canine teeth and retractable claws. All their strengths are enhanced with incredible eye-sight, sense of smell, and hearing. They are none other than assassins in the wild.

The Felidae family is closely related to the bigger felines, namely- lions, cheetahs, leopards, lynxes, jaguars, snow leopards, and tigers etc.

Thank God that the cats that we domesticate, today, as pets are not as big as these animals else they would start to see humans as their prey.

Now, since we have these cute, little creatures as our companions at homes, in the neighborhood, and at restaurants too; there is no reason why we shouldn’t love them.
