Recently, a video clip got viral that displayed certain employees are crawling the floor due to the failure of meeting their sales targets.
The clip has more than 16 million views up till now.
The incident took place at Changchun in China. The employees were crawling their hands and knees on the red carpet.
Reports claim that the supervisors asked the employees to do this act after failing to meet their sales targets. The recorder wants to stay unnamed as he does not want to reveal his identity.
It was also observed that the staff had to take three circles in the royal venue. There were different types of phases heard while making the rounds. Some of the employees also said that they are surely responsible.
After the video got viral, a few members said that they have never seen any company doing such a bizarre act. Similarly, there were various reactions of the people as well as the staff members. People claimed it as multilevel marketing nonsense.
Others said that the company’s owner is going totally wrong. There were users who said that this act could help the staff to get more encouraged and realize that this year should be successful without fail.
However, it was also observed that the unidentified person who made the video said that the owner did not force them to do this. He also said that the staff members were shameful and wanted to crawl willingly.
Such videos are quite common nowadays. There have been videos where the staff members were crawling on the traffic on account of failing to meet the required expectations.
Most importantly, they crawled on the roads that were busy with heavy traffic. There should we warnings made and rules set for such incidents.
