The US Army’s Green Beret is expected to be of the highest military caliber, with an undoubted loyalty to the nation.
Now, a scandal is brewing inside the Department of Justice, as it has officially charged former Green Beret Peter Rafael Dzibinski Debbins for conspiracy against the US by espionage, serving Russia. His special area of espionage had to do with chemical weaponry and the tactical dynamics related to Special Forces, one of the most important units in the US military.
Prosecutors with the Eastern District of Virginia has officially let out that Debbins’ activities span between an astoundingly long period of between 1996 to 2011.point 452 |

Debbins is from Gainesville, Virginia, and has served the US Army from 1998 until his honorably discharge in 2005. During that time, he had been leveraged to the most sensitive of national security files, give clearance by the Sensitive Compartmented Information access, according to the indictment documents.
His liege with the Russian state dates back to 1996 when he had moved to Chelyabinsk, a city nearby the country’s air force base, and participated in a study.point 248 |
