A 9/11 victim’s son used his platform on the anniversary of the terrorist attacks and slammed Congresswoman Ilhan Omar for dismissing the unforgettable tragedy as ‘some people did something.
Nicholas Haros Jr. wore a t-shirt with Omar’s sentence printed on it and said: “Some people did something, said a freshman congresswoman from Minnesota, to support and justify the creation of CAIR.
“I am here to respond to you, exactly who did what to whom. Madam, objectively speaking we know who and what was done, there is no uncertainty about that. Why your confusion?”
He also explained the horrific event 18 years ago when Islamic terrorists hijacked airplanes and flew them into buildings in Washington D.C. and New York City.
“Is that clear?” he asked after mentioning how 3,000 Americans died.
“I remember all. I remember them all and pray with you for them today,” Haros, who lost his mother from the attack, expressed.
“But as to whom,” Haros added, “I was attacked, your relatives and friends were attacked, our constitutional freedoms were attacked and our nation’s founding on Judeo-Christian principles were attacked.”
“That’s what some people did,” he said. “Got that now?”
Haros added: “We are here today, congresswoman, to tell you and the Squad just who did what to whom. Show respect in honoring them, please. American patriotism in your position demand it.”
His speech lasted for almost two minutes and drew a round of applause.
One internet user commented: “Yes! Yes! Yes! You hit the nail on the head all 3 times!”
Another wrote: “Omar is a perfect example why we need merit based immigration. She was handed citizenship without being asked anything in return.”
A third said: “The story is yet to be fully explained, but to those who trivialize 9/11…NEVER FORGET.”
